Random - that's our Olivia. Here's an example... We were at a free Christmas themed theatre production last night when in the middle of singing Away in a Manger she turns to me and says
'Mummy, we had a bath that was yellow, and Snow White's skirt is yellow'
then turned straight back and rejoined the song without missing a beat! I'm left bewildered and she's just happy to have shared what was in her head at the time....I do a lot of head shaking myself!!
And in case you're wondering, the yellow bath is courtesy of a few drops of food colouring, which makes the water a lot of fun for little cost and effort - we've been experimenting with different colours...and no, the colours don't dye their skin - try it!. A good way to use up old food colouring or the type isn't natural and that you really don't want to give to your kids anyway.
