Finally, we have received confirmation that our offer on a block of land up here has been accepted - in the estate affectionately known as GG. We went up there today to visit, to pray and thank God for the block, and to do a bit of exploring over the edge of the block and down the steep slope, which is the edge of the range. It's a beautiful vista - Greg's been promising a hammock somewhere...
And yes, that's Tabletop in the far left of the bottom picture - the power pole is due to come down this week, as the electricity is all getting installed underground currently. It's an eco-estate, so we'll be providing all our own water supply, septic, and we're going to install solar cells etc. as well - or at least, that's the plan. So much to do from this point, but at this stage, we're just thankful for the opportunity.
