Pink!!

An unusual view out the window a few weeks ago at sunset in the fog...

Beetroot dip - yum!

Possibly the favourite colour of girls the world over (at least until they are 5 anyway!). Some days I feel like I'm surrounded by pink, and on the day that the pink fog arrived - it was true, for a few minutes at least until darkness fell.
The girls and I tried out a newrecipe for beetroot dip last week, which has the benefit of being bright
pink, and hence obviously something delicious to eat...that automatically follows doesn't it? Actually, despite not being a beetrootfan myself (or at least not the tinned variety), it was rather tasty -give it a go sometime if you're game...
